Project Runway 5: J.Lo’s a no-go!
I know this old news in the world of fashion, but Hurricane Ike has prevented me from keeping you guys up-to-date on the latest and greatest in the world of Style-Television. Perhaps one of the biggest headlines to come from NY fashion week last week was the confimation that Jennifer Lopez will not be appearing as the guest judge on the season finale of Project Runway. Why? We’re not exactly sure, but I guess J.Lo hardly needs the exposure, so she can call the shots. Who will replace her? Project Runway has already boasted a pretty impressive guest judge roster, including Sarah Jessica Parker (who should have been saved for a finale, imho), Francisco Costa, who appeared on last week’s episode of Runway, and Posh Spice. 
We’re running out of true “icons,” are we not? I think Project Runway should start bringing in industry big wigs such as Tonne Goodman of Vogue, and other editors who have made their mark in the industry.
